  • Our classes are designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are a complete beginner, a former athlete, or simply looking to improve flexibility and release tension, you will find a supportive and welcoming environment.

  • No experience is required. Each class is guided step by step, and movements can be adapted to your personal level, ensuring you feel comfortable and safe.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, such as leggings or athletic wear. Classes are done barefoot or in socks. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. If you don’t have a mat, some are available at the studio.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes, with a balance of gentle warm-up, guided stretching, deep flexibility work, mobility exercises, and relaxation at the end.

  • Stretching improves flexibility, mobility, and posture. It helps relieve stiffness, reduce muscle tension, and prevent injuries. Many participants also find it calming, energizing, and an excellent way to release daily stress.

  • For the best results, we recommend attending 2–3 times per week. However, even one class a week will bring noticeable improvements in how your body feels.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is not a requirement, it is the result. Classes are designed to help you progress gradually and safely, no matter your starting point.

  • Yes. Your first trial class is free, so you can experience the atmosphere and see how stretching can benefit you before enrolling.

  • You can register online, by phone, or directly at our studio. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
